Rebath of Wisconsin Fiberglass Replacements:

Do you currently have a fiberglass tub and wall system?

Fiberglass Bathroom

Fiberglass tub and wall systems took hold in the early 1970's. Homes constructed during this time typically had one-piece fiberglass tub and walls placed inside the bathtub area. It was great! Why would you ever want to change? You had something put into your bathroom that had no seams and what seemed like no way to get water leaking.

If your house was built during this time or you were somehow able to put a one-piece fiberglass system in your home after it was already built, you may know that these were not all they were cracked up to be.

Fiberglass Stress Cracks
Your house flexes and moves over time. Unfortunately, fiberglass systems are not able to flex with your house as they are "stuck in place". Potentially, this could lead to cracking in the base or walls due to this increased pressure being placed on the system.

You may have seen some "spider" cracks in your fiberglass system. This is a sure indication of the increased pressure.

Have dulling in your tub or walls? This is also typical of a fiberglass system. Unfortunately, fiberglass is a porous material.

Overtime, no matter how much you clean it, the material will lose its luster and appeal. Stains start to seap through and you are left with a dirty looking tub. Nobody wants to have to deal with that on a daily basis and especially if they want to have company over.

Rebath of Wisconsin Can Help!
Rebath Durabath Replacement tub and walls
Rebath of Wisconsin uses a modified acrylic for its tub and wall system. There are also four pieces to our system-the replacement tub and a three piece wall system. You may ask, "why would I want any seams around the edges of my tub and walls?". With the walls being three pieces, the system is able to flex with your house. You no longer have to worry about stress cracks, drywall mud degrading or any of these issues occurring.
This is backed by our lifetime warranty guaranteeing that the tub and wall system will not chip, crack, peel, or dull.
If you have a dull tub and wall system we can help there as well. Rebath of Wisconsin products are completely non-porous. No longer do you have to deal with scrubbing and scrubbing for hours. Our customers typically use a standard cleaning product and then just wipe it off. It's that easy! Who wants to clean their bathtub and walls for hours on end?
